precast concrete: ca. 420 tunnel elements
steel work capacity: ca. 12.000 tons

Scope:

Stage I:

  • Approval of structural analysis (concrete structures and structural steelwork) of the screening building, crusher building, transfer towers and different belt conveyors
  • Structural engineering of foundations, concrete structures and structural steelwork for the tunnels and different plant equipments

Stage II:

  • High loaded concrete structures and steelwork structures.
  • For realizing a short construction period, the structural engineering has been created with a permanent coordination with the equipment engineering.
  • The foundations of the equipments are shallow foundations and directly founded on the rock
  • Collision due to a 200t-Dumper or earth covering of the buildings up to a height of 23m is often substantial for the structural analysis
  • At least for 25 equipments all over the stone quarry area foundations are constructed
